EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

*Exhibitor Cost: Exhibitor Registration is $500 through March 22, 2024. (Exhibitor Registration after 03/22/2024 will increase to $600.) A portion ($100) of the Exhibitor Registration fee will be used to purchase giveaways in the name of the vendor. Vendors wishing to participate in the giveaway should contact Denise Kennedy for full details.

Exhibit Location: Exhibitors may set up at the Gastonia Conference Center on April 9, 2024 between the hours of 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM or April 10, 2024 at 6:30 AM. Selection of exhibit space will be granted in the order which you register. For more set up information contact Eddie Hawks at [email protected] / 704.310.3622.

Exhibit Hours: During the break sessions noted on the agenda. (Prizes “donated” by vendors are included in their registration and will be a $100 value). Only school attendees can register for the vendor door prizes. You may choose to be present when your prize is distributed.

Lunch Included: All exhibitors will be provided a full lunch from 11:00 AM until 11:45 AM prior to the attendees’ lunch.

Exhibit Space: Booths are approximately 8’x8′ include two chairs, one draped table, and one electrical outlet. Only one company/entity is permitted per exhibit space. Each vendor will be assigned a numbered booth. Participants will visit your booth and request you to initial a booth layout form; all lines must be initialed for the participant to be eligible for the grand prize drawing.

Refunds: No refunds unless the school is cancelled.

Activities: Exhibitors are invited to attend all of the school functions.  Time has been made available during the school for all attendees to view exhibits.  Breaks have been designed to assure maximum exposure of exhibits to our participants.

Character: The Charlotte Regional Safety & Health School reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit or prohibit or restrict any activity or conduct within the exhibition area which, in its opinion, is not suitable.

Liability: The Charlotte Regional Safety & Health School will not be responsible for the safety of the exhibits damaged from theft, fire & other perils.  The exhibitor expressly assumes responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring with the exhibit space assigned to such exhibitors.
