Exhibit @ Golf: Exhibitors may exhibit at a golf hole at the golf tournament on March 29, 2017 for an additional fee of $150. The exhibitor must provide all equipment (table, tent, etc.) for this exhibition. If you are not exhibiting at the conference, you must be a "Golf Sponsor" to exhibit at the golf tournament. Exhibit Location: Exhibitors to set up at the Crowne Plaza Charlotte Executive Park on March 29, 2017 between the hours of 12 & 8 PM or March 30, 2017 at 6:30 a.m. For more set up information contact Eddie Hawks with phone numbers provided below.
Exhibit Hours: Thursday, March 30, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 31, 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; Vendor Reception is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday with door prize giveaways! (Prizes are donated by vendors and must be at least a $25 value). Please select an item that your company would like to donate prior to the school. Donations will be collected on the morning of March 30th by Eddie Hawks. Only school attendees can register for the vendor door prizes.

Lunch: All exhibitors will be eating a full lunch from 11:00 until 11:45 prior to the attendee's lunch. Lunch and visit with vendors begins at 12:00.
Exhibit Space: Booths are approximately 8X8 in size & are furnished with two chairs, 1 draped table, 1 electrical outlet and pipe and draping. Only one company/entity can be represented per exhibit space. Each vendor will be assigned a numbered booth. Participants will be visiting your area and asking you to initial a booth layout form: all lines must be initialed for the participant to be eligible for the grand prize drawing.
Exhibit Cost: $399 until March 3rd, $450 thereafter.
Refunds: No refunds unless the school is cancelled.
Activities: Exhibitors are invited to attend all of the school functions. Time has been made available during the school for all attendees to view exhibits. Breaks have been designed to assure maximum exposure of exhibits to our participants.
Character: The Charlotte Regional Safety & Health School reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit or prohibit or restrict any activity or conduct within the exhibition area which, in its opinion, is not suitable.
Liability: The Charlotte Regional Safety & Health School will not be responsible for the safety of the exhibits damaged from theft, fire & other perils. The exhibitor expressly assumes responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring with the exhibit space assigned to such exhibitors.
